Amazing locally owned small business. One of the best experiences of my whole trip. Upon entering I could tell Salvatore, the owner, loves what he does. The whole experience reflects his passion for delicious food. We had a 'Ariccia' sandwich and his special tuna, 'La Fresca'. The ariccia was pork called porchetta here in Italy was tender and super delicious. The tomatoes come from his own garden. Simple food, inexpensive, delicious. Go here before you find a tourist trap where you will pay much much much more for delicious food. I highly recommend.
Super friendly staff in a relaxing environment after the hustle and bustle of the rest of the area. We visited three times in our 3 day stay because of how lovely the food, drinks and waitress was! They do the BEST focaccia sandwiches, highly recommend this place to any visitors!
We wanted just a quick bite, as we had reservations and plans for the evening. We split a salad and a sandwich, let me tell you… best food I have ever eaten. The salad was perfection with delicious tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, olives and the freshest lettuce. We split a sandwich with prosciutto, stracciatella and tomatoes. Honestly, we plan on going back again tomorrow.
Best Focaccia ever! We discovered SpizzichiAMO by searching for a good place to eat a focaccia or some kind of sandwich made with fresh ingredients. And we hit the jackpot! The service is great, the waiters are very nice, the food is buonissima! We had the Delicioza and the Toscana Focaccia and they were delicious, it came hot, with the cheese melting, so good! If you are looking for a sandwich italian meal, this is the place
Such a lovely place with the best stuffed focaccia sandwiches. We had the Positano salad, the delicioza and the profumata sandwich. The wine was wonderful and the service was even better! We had such a lovely lunch while waiting to check into our airbnb. Highly recommend!
I found this place based on the other google reviews and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent and friendly. We had 3 sandwiches. The dilitziosa with the buffalo mozzarella was amazing. It was a lot of food. You could split a sandwich if you wanted. French fries were also very good. 1 order was enough for 3 people.
We read reviews that this was the best sandwich place in Sorrento & it did not disappoint!! We walked here for lunch one day & thankfully got a table outside. I got a sandwich with prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, & stratiatella cheese which was AMAZING, & my husband got a pork & mozzarella cheese sandwich with fries on top. We also shared the fried Italian appetizer which was an assortment of fried bites like arancini & some other croquettes—all tasty. It was a great spot! The only “bad” thing was the place next door was blasting their music over this place & it wasn’t easy to ignore it.
This was our favourite lunch meal of our trip to sorrento. When we arrived we were greeted by a wonderful waitress and waiter who were kind and welcoming to every guest. The food was amazing. The caprese focaccia was to die for - perfectly seasoned tomatoes and mozzarella whilst the bread was out of this world. My girlfriend had been craving a salad and she ordered the positano - she absolutely loved it. The waitress (who's name I can't remember but she had shorter hair) was extremely attentive - not just to us, but to everyone. She was certainly a highlight of our visit. The way she dealt with another table was exemplary and it really put a smile on my face the way she interacted with everyone in the restaurant. Whilst we didn't order any cold meats, the waiter was extremely proud of the prosciutto and he showed it off to the restaurant - to me, this screams that all the staff really love what they do. If you want a lovely lunch or a quick light bite, visit here, you will not be disappointed.
